Starting a business in my kitchen in Queens means I know how to simplify.

As the founder of the indie beauty brand Erin’s Faces, I wore all the hats - web builder, photographer, customer service rep, formulator, event planner - and later, hiring manager, trainer, lease negotiator, and more. There were definitely times it felt lonely and overwhelming. I had to figure a lot of things out the hard way - trial, error, and four wrong turns before landing on what worked.

That experience taught me so much - and now I get to share it to help you skip some of those bumps in the road, so you can focus on your dream, build something beautiful, and feel really good about it.

After 14 years of running that business, I transitioned fully into coaching - because this work lights me up and allows me to support other founders in a deeper way.
